If the KEDA was located in another country they maybe would have an excuse for not checking on the progress of the fish company. When the new fisheries started with the support of this organization the fish were supposed to come from the Thunderbay area. I agree with the Wagners on the change of plans which now gives the location of the fish supply to be Rainy Lake. This organization has not followed up on the progress of this company at all. They must not have been to the plant or they would have discovered that there were only a couple of employees, the buildings were not completed, and fish was not being processed. There is no excuse at all . Someone should be visiting the sites. Now all of a sudden they realize the company is not following the guidelines to be in a tax free zone. Poor management to say the least. Before when KEDA was in trouble they could blame it on someone else, who is to blame this time!!!!!!!!!!! The County is right to with hold funds. If the KEDA is to be involved in the FTZ zone there had better be a total revamp of the organization or it will end up just like the fish plant.
