Orwoll Charles Edeen Sr., 81

Orwoll Charles Edeen Sr., 81, of International Falls, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at Falls Good Samaritan Center.
Orwoll was born Dec. 18, 1926, in Clearbrook, Minn., and grew up in Clearbrook.
Orwoll was united in marriage to the former Dorothy Marshall on June 2, 1951, in Bagley, Minn. She preceded him in death in 1990.
He moved his family to Loman, Minn., in 1965. He started working as a logger with George Biondich and later with Bergstrom Logging.
Orwoll was an avid deer hunter, fisherman and enjoyed working on small engines. He also was the wood stoker for the Loman Fire Department for several years.
He was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; parents, Melvin Carl and Amanda Edeen; a son, Dennis Edeen in 2007; and three brothers, Marvin, Bennett and Lawrence Edeen.
Orwoll is survived by a son, Orwoll (Terri) Edeen Jr. of Saginaw, Minn.; a daughter, LeeAnn (Dale) Erickson of Littlefork, Minn.; five grandchildren, Scott (Jennifer) Havlick, Tanya (Wade) Kennedy, Sheila Steinbach, Daniel Edeen and Mathew Edeen; and three great-grandchildren, Jessica, Ricky and Blade.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Loman.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Loman.
